Optimal health is a synergy between your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
When one of these factors is out of balance, it impacts all the areas of your life and it becomes impossible for you to be at your best. This imbalance also often results in a lackluster life plus feelings of being out of control, unmotivated, and overwhelmed.
Your health is similar to a circuit. When your personal health circuit is closed, there is a complete path for energy and vitality to flow allowing you to live your healthiest and most vibrant life.
The primary goal of Full Circuit Fitness & Nutrition is to empower you to complete your unique circuit so that you can become the person you are meant to be.
Deep down, you know you were meant for more.
From out of control to in charge
I am a former math teacher turned integrative health and fitness coach. I am also someone who understands first-hand what it is like to struggle with food, weight, and body image.
When it comes to food and trying to feel good in my body, I have done it all. I've tried countless diet programs. I have purchased an insane amount of exercise videos (which are all, btw, collecting dust in the basement). I have battled overeating, undereating, compulsive eating, binge eating, secret eating, over exercising, yo-yo dieting, the list could go on and on.
It wasn’t until I began understanding nutrition, working on my mindset, and examining the outside factors that were driving my behavior that I began to find balance.

My personal struggle and my training in fitness and education has taught me how common it is for us to misunderstand our bodies. We often miss its messages and can’t figure out what to do to lose weight and feel great.
We turn to the diet and fitness industry for answers. Looking for the plan that is finally going to work. But we are always led astray. We find a ton of information but it all contradicts each other and we are left feeling more confused than ever.
Between the conflicting advice and the fact that most plans are rooted in deprivation and restriction, it causes us to frequently sabotage our best efforts to eat well, lose weight, and be healthy.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
You can find balance through understanding how your body works and learning to decipher its needs. I want to teach you what the diet industry doesn’t want you to know.
